Current NASCAR Craftsman Truck series and former Cup driver Steve Park said he doesn't miss competing in NASCAR's biggest series.
"It's one of those situations where the last two years in Nextel Cup were years that really wore me just from not running good. I made a conscious decision to get back to being involved in something I can run up front and win races with," said Park, who drives the No. 62 Dodge for Orleans Racing.
"I'm actually in the best mood I've been in, in two years. I feel confident week-in and week-out that we're going to be a truck that can contend for the win, and I haven't had that feeling the last two years."
Park is currently 10th in points in Trucks, with no wins, four top-five and seven top-10 finishes. His best start this season was second at New Hampshire last month.
